Vice President of Product
We’re looking for an experienced individual to oversee the design, execution and delivery of our core product initiatives. This person will manage the strategy, operations, and execution for the vision and design of AngelEye’s entire platform. This individual will oversee the Company’s Product Managers and Lead Product Designer and work closely with or oversee Product Engineering (depending on experience level). Additionally, the role will work closely with sales and marketing, project management, customer success, and hospital partners to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
Product Manager
We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the growth and evolution of our Engage solution, which includes camera streaming and messaging for both our family and clinical applications. This role reports to the Director of Product and will focus on balancing stability and innovation—ensuring continuous improvement while advancing new capabilities that bring greater impact to hospitals, care teams, and families.
Technical Implementation Specialist
We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in the successful deployment of complex technical solutions for our clients. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Technology.
The right candidate will have:
- Experience in networking and software troubleshooting
- Expertise in Admit, Discharge and Transfer (ADT) systems, Single Sign-On (SSO) and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Working well with large and small teams
- Communicating a plan to team members and customers to achieve effective, timely deployments.
- Knowledge of LDAP, SSL generation, and mobile deployment is a plus.
MilkTracker PRN Clinical Specialist
We’re looking for a Clinical Trainer and Go-Live Specialist for our MilkTracker solution. In this role you’ll be responsible for delivering comprehensive on-site training to healthcare professionals and providing support during partner go-lives. Through collaboration with clinical and technical teams, you will drive positive change, enhance user adoption and support ongoing improvements in feeding management practices. This position reports to the MilkTracker Operations Manager.
MilkTracker Project Manager
We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee all aspects of MilkTracker projects from the date of contract execution through the completion of installation and training. In this role, you’ll work directly with MilkTracker clients and team members to ensure deliverables meet the applicable timeline. This position reports to the MilkTracker Operations Manager.
Project Management Operations Manager
(Engage Solution)
We’re looking for a Project Management leader for our Engage solution. In this role you’ll be leading a team of people and also leading camera installation projects. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Success and Project Management.
