Jaylee drives product innovation and development, leads the clinical team to support healthcare leaders nationwide in technology adoption and optimization, and supports hospitals in achieving the quadruple aim. Jaylee joined AngelEye in 2019, bringing over a decade of progressive clinical and leadership experience with Baylor Scott & White in Texas. She also served as NICU Designation Nurse Surveyor NICU Designation Nurse Surveyor Texas EMS, Trauma & Acute Care Foundation (TETAF).

Kat is an experienced clinician who leads a team of Clinical Specialists. Before joining AngelEye in early 2020, she worked as a Certified Surgical Technologist on the cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgical team at Baylor Scott & White Health, prior to transitioning into nursing. Kat worked as a Registered Nurse in the 51-bed, Level IV NICU at McLane Children’s Hospital Baylor Scott & White Health and then advanced into a leadership role as Neonatal and Pediatric ECMO Program Manager.

Kellie is an expert clinician and nurse leader who joined AngelEye in 2020 to lead the team working with healthcare partners to implement and optimize the AngelEye platform. Kellie started her nursing career in the Level 3 NICU at Texas Children’s Hospital. She has held various roles at the Newborn Center, including Neo Response Nurse, Charge Nurse, Simulation Instructor, and NICU Program Director. Her nursing leadership experience includes serving as the NICU Patient Care Manager and Assistant Clinical Director in the PFW NICU, followed by House Supervisor at Texas Children’s West Campus.

Luann leads the team partnering with healthcare providers to implement and optimize the AngelEye platform, driving success and better patient outcomes. With 28 years in the Level IV NICU at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, she served as an RN, NNP, and Neonatal Services Director. She founded the Nursery Alliance, a state-wide quality collaborative focused on improving patient outcomes, led the Arkansas Association of Neonatal Nurses, served on the NANN Board, and advised Synova Associates, championing neonatal care improvements.

Olivia is a MilkTracker Clinical Sales Specialist. She combines her medical expertise with a dedication to cutting-edge technology to support hospitals in evaluating feeding management software. Before joining AngelEye in 2022, she worked as a NICU nurse at the University of Kentucky and Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. Her experience as a NICU nurse allowed her to understand the critical importance of accurate and safe feeding practices in neonatal and pediatric environments.

Morgan is a Clinical Project Manager bringing clinical experience and technology to ensure AngelEye solutions deliver maximum value to NICUs.She has seven years of experience working at a level IV NICU, where she served at the bedside. This experience led her to pursue other avenues in the NICU, such as being a member of the unit-based NICU Transport Team and Delivery Team and serving as a Preceptor/Clinical Coach for new hires and graduate nurses.

In her role as Clinical Project Manager, Shelly oversees implementation and optimization of the AngelEye platform within healthcare facilities. Before joining AngelEye in 2022, she spent most of her 20 years of nursing at McLane Children’s Baylor Scott & White Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where she held various leadership roles, including Clinical Nursing Supervisor. Outside of her clinical duties, she chaired and co-chaired several committees focused on enhancing family-centered care, bereavement support, and lactation services.

She joined AngelEye in 2023 and brings a deep passion for the Neonatal ICU and family-centered care from her nursing career at facilities in Washington, DC, and Colorado. She brings diverse healthcare experience in addition to nursing, having worked on EHR implementation, coordinated hospital mergers, and focused on nursing happiness and efficiency.

Nicole worked as a NICU nurse for over 10 years before she pursued her MSN from Rush University and became a board-certified NNP in 2013. She practices as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina. Her experience as a NICU parent, following her son’s birth at 23 weeks, has deeply motivated her to guide families through this journey. Her other professional accomplishments include co-chairing the Advocacy Committee on the Family-Centered Care (FCC) Task Force, CEO and Founder of Empowering NICU Parents, and being the host of the Empowering NICU Parents’ Podcast.

Samantha plays a critical role in supporting the implementation and success of NICU2Home, AngelEye’s evidenced-based NICU navigation and discharge coordination solution. With over 12 years of experience in the NICU, Samantha’s career has encompassed roles as a staff nurse, charge nurse, transport nurse, PICC nurse, and travel RN. Samantha’s doctoral research centered on assessing the health literacy of NICU educational materials. She is deeply passionate about family-centered care and optimizing the discharge process to empower families through informed and compassionate support.

Monique supports the clinical onboarding of family engagement technology. Monique began her career as a neonatal nurse at Texas Children’s Hospital, where she spent 15 years in the NICU in various capacities including Charge Nurse, preceptor, Training Partner, Neo Response Nurse, NRP Instructor, Simulation Instructor, Lactation Consultant, and most recently as the Co-Chair of the organization-wide Quality Practice Council. Monique demonstrates her continued passion for caring for the tiniest of babies by supporting the relationship between hospital staff and the families they serve.

As a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience, Carrie is deeply passionate about the well-being of tiny babies and their families. She has extensive knowledge of neonatal nutrition, the use of human milk in the hospital setting, and enhancing nutritional support for premature infants. Carrie brings clinical experience to AngelEye, having worked at Norton Healthcare, Park DuValle Community Health Center, and the University of Louisville Hospital.

Before joining AngelEye mid-2024, Lauren spent five years as a registered nurse in both outpatient pediatric and neonatal intensive care settings. In her role as a staff nurse/resource nurse in a Level III NICU, she provided training on human milk and formula preparation to dietetic technicians and registered nurses. She also helped to create customized feeding workflows in her hospital’s electronic medical record that optimized time management for all parties clinically involved in the feeding process.

Simi joined the team in October 2024. She has nine years of nine years of extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse at RUSH University Medical Center in Chicago. During her time at RUSH, Simi served as the Chair of the NICU’s Neurodevelopmental Care Committee, where she led multiple QI projects to help improve neurodevelopmental outcomes for patients in the NICU, collect and present extensive patient data hospital-wide, and educate staff members on new policies, procedures, and devices.

Berkley Anne has six years of experience working as a neonatal intensive care unit registered nurse, starting at the Regional Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RNICU) at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL, and then transitioning to travel nursing. As a travel nurse, she worked in various NICUs nationwide, gaining valuable skills and experience that fueled her passion for enhancing patient care in the NICU. Her personal journey as both a NICU nurse and a former NICU baby adds special significance to her work.

As a Clinical Consultant with AngelEye, Kathleen brings her expertise as a parent educator, specializing in developmentally supportive and neurosensitive care of babies born early or with special challenges. Kathleen has spent the last 15 years empowering families with the knowledge and skills they need to nurture their babies’ developing brains. She spent seven years with the NICU2HOME team researching, creating and mapping NICU family education content and helping to conceptualize and bring to life the evidence-based concepts behind the app. She continues to be involved in research focused on addressing the gaps in psychosocial and holistic care of infants and families.

Margo is based in the Denver area and has over 12 years of experience supporting NICUs across multiple states in the West. Her Business Administration degree complements her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition when communicating with hospital partners about solutions for improving family-centered care in the NICU. With a comprehensive background that combines scientific expertise with strategic communication, Margo is an accomplished leader in healthcare sales, training, and educational outreach.

Joy joined the AngelEye Health Team in August of 2024 as the Account Manager for the Northeast. Joy brings extensive and diverse experience to her role, with over 22 years in the NICU. Joy served as bedside RN, Educator, Professional Development Director, Clinical Manager, and Travel Manager. Joy maintains her NRP instructor teaching and is part of Synova NICU Leadership, in addition to various other roles that enhanced her knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem (CNA, Paramedic, EMT-Instructor, RN in ED, L&D, MBU, and House Supervisor).

Kate worked clinically in central Illinois before beginning in Healthcare Sales in 2009, discovering a love of the NICU and helping parents bring babies home on nutritional support. After spending 78 days in the NICU with her own 31-week twins, she transitioned to working in the NICU space and is passionate about enhancing family-centered care.

As a former NICU nurse and NICU mom, Jean understands both the professional and personal challenges families face. This perspective enables her to support the goals and products of AngelEye with empathy and insight, enhancing the patient and family experience.

She played an influential role in establishing the Milk Room at UF Jacksonville. Kalie’s passion for nutrition support, combined with her commitment to the safe preparation of feeds, enables her to effectively assist hospital partners in evaluating feeding management software.

Dr. Lee is a researcher and entrepreneur dedicated to enhancing patient empowerment through mobile technologies. He is the co-founder and co-principal Investigator of the NICU2Home app. With a PhD in Human Factors Engineering from Virginia Tech, Dr. Lee has spearheaded the development of technology-based interventions aimed at improving the health outcomes of children and families, both within academia and industry. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, he has successfully initiated and overseen cross-disciplinary innovation research projects and teams at various enterprises, including Motorola, CA Technologies, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. In collaboration with academic institutions, he continues research efforts focusing on the development and feasibility testing of other mHealth applications in the realms of patient education, engagement, and behavioral health interventions.
