Technical Implementation Specialist

We’re looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist for our feeding management solution, MilkTracker. In this role, you will be pivotal in successfully deploying complex technical solutions to our clients. The position reports directly to the Vice President of Technology and works in the Little Rock, AR office.

The right candidate will have:
  • Experience in networking and software troubleshooting
  • Docker Deployments, Docker Networking, and Linux Server Administration.
  • Working well with large and small teams
  • Communicating a plan to team members and customers to achieve effective, timely deployments.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, SSL generation, and mobile deployment is a plus.

Project Management Operations Manager
(Engage Solution)

We’re looking for a Project Management leader for our Engage solution.  In this role you’ll be leading a team of people and also leading camera installation projects. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Success and Project Management.

Project Manager (Engage Solution)

We’re looking for a Project Manager for our Engage solution. In this role you’ll be leading camera installation projects in addition to successfully deploying our NICU2Home solution. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success and Project Management via the Project Management Operations Manager.

Technical Support Analyst 

We’re looking for a Technical Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and customer support to end-users (hospital employees and patient families) for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This role is critical for maintaining the smooth operation of technology systems and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. This position reports to the Director of Customer Success and Project Management.
